Today (May 10, 2016) FileMaker Inc released FileMaker 15. My review of FileMaker 15 will be online at Macworld.com shortly, and it's a positive review. Nevertheless, even if you've got a licensing contract with FileMaker that enables you to upgrade "for free," I recommend that you hold off on upgrading for the time being.
FileMaker has modified the way that FileMaker Server 15 is licensed, and the changes are going to have a big impact on the nature and the cost of third-party hosting services like FileMaker Hosting Pros and Point in Space, which are used by so many of our clients.
